🚨 Stay Away from This Seller! 🚨 This is by far the worst supplier we have dealt with on Alibaba. We ordered suction cups, and what we received was completely defective and unusable. We reported the issue immediately with solid proof, but instead of resolving the problem, the seller kept lying and delaying the refund. First, they failed to pick up the goods on the agreed date, leaving us stuck with useless products for over a month. When they finally retrieved them, they invented another excuse, claiming that some units were missing—which is absolutely false. We returned everything, but they still refused to issue our refund. It’s been more than two months, and we still haven’t received our money back. This seller is not trustworthy and clearly does not respect agreements. If you value your time and money, DO NOT buy from them.
